Kixu provides a platform for creators to build and manage paid communities, including features for discussions, courses, events, and member management.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Creator Responsibilities

As a creator on Kixu, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your community
• Deliver the content and value promised to your members
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respect the intellectual property rights of others

5. Member Responsibilities

As a member, you agree to:

• Treat other members and creators with respect
• Not share paid content outside the community
• Follow the community guidelines set by creators

6. Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed through Stripe. Refund policies are set by individual creators. Kixu charges platform fees as outlined in our pricing.

7. Content Ownership

Creators retain ownership of their content. By posting content on Kixu, you grant us a license to display and distribute it within the platform.

8. Prohibited Content

You may not post content that is:

• Illegal, harmful, or offensive
• Infringing on intellectual property rights
• Spam or misleading
• Violating the privacy of others

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or our community guidelines.

10. Limitation of Liability

Kixu is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
